We have a new and exciting opportunity to join our Central Employment Services team as International Recruitment Coordinator.

This newly created post will contribute to the planning and delivery of the new international recruitment programme within NHS Ayrshire & Arran, ensuring we are able to fulfill the Scottish Government’s commitment to recruit clinical staff from overseas into NHSScotland.  In addition you will support the Recruitment Services Manager in delivering a high quality, professional Human Resource service to NHS Ayrshire and Arran managers and staff in the recruitment of Consultant Medical and Dental staff.

Working in close collaboration with colleagues, both in HR and the wider stakeholders across the organisation, you will support international recruits through an end to end recruitment process, including ‘on boarding’, relocation and pastoral care, ensuring timeliness of appointment and maintaining candidate confidence at each stage of the process. 

A key aspect of the role will be individual candidate engagement and as such excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are essential to effectively fulfill this role.

Please note: a car owner and driver is essential for this role.
