The shift pattern for this post is:
Wednesday 13:30 -21:30 Gartnavel Royal Hospital 13:30 – 17:15 then moving to Shettleston Health Centre for 17:45 till 21:30
Thursday 08:30 – 12:15 : Gartnavel Royal Hospital
Friday 08:30 – 16:30 : Gartnavel Royal Hospital
This 18.75hr post will provide administrative support to Youth Health Service & associated programmes.
The hours will be flexible but also needs to meet needs of the service and will include one shift 1.30-9.30pm on a Wednesday evening in a community venue within Glasgow City HSCP.
The service provides holistic support to young people. A key role of the post holder is managing referrals to the service, administering appointment systems, managing waiting lists and enquiries to the service, liaising with the clinical team and collating performance management data.
Experience in the following would be desirable : Microsoft Office, CHI, PIMS, SCI Store, SCI Gateway, Clinical Portal, Care First, SSTS, EESS, FM First etc. Experience of working with young people is an advantage. The ability to plan, organise and prioritise work & communicate effectively with stakeholders / young people / families are key skills for this post.
The core team are based in Gartnavel Royal Hospital, however the service is delivered in 9 venues across the city.
