Part-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant – Band 2


Based at Whitehills Health and Community Care Centre, working 17.5 hours per week, you will provide a general reception service to patients and visitors.  Your work pattern will normally be five days per week, 12.45 – 4 pm alternating when necessary with other jobholders who currently work between 8.15 a.m. - 11.45 am and 8.45 am – 12.45 pm

Applicants must have experience in dealing with the public, good customer care and telephone skills and the ability to use own initiative.  Good oral communication skills along with a friendly and outgoing personality and flexible attitude to work are essential.  Proven keyboard skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office and email essential.  The postholder must be capable of working as part of a team and be keen to work in a bustling, interesting and challenging environment.  Knowledge of Trakcare would be advantageous.

You will be required to work additional hours to provide holiday/absence cover when necessary.
