Job Advert

The successful candidate will ensure the efficient and effective running of the Management offices by providing a comprehensive personal secretarial/administrative support service, including secretarial support, diary management, organising meetings and various other duties over the whole range of responsibilities. ​​​​​​​

You will hold an HNC/SVQIII in Secretarial Studies/ Business Administration or equivalent experience, have experience as a Management Secretary, be proficient in the use of software systems with advanced keyboard skills. 

You must be a confident communicator who is organised and can work on your own initiative. The post holder must ensure confidentiality, tact and diplomacy at all times and have a comprehensive understanding of medical terminology.
