An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, innovative and experienced professional to provide business management and service development support to the Directorate.  We have a clear person-centred vision which requires ongoing transformation and this is a key role to support our team to deliver on this.

You will provide operational support to the Director’s team and will support the delivery of projects and programmes of work associated with the Directorate and aligned with key national and local priorities such as Realistic Medicine and Caring for Ayrshire. You will contribute to the achievement of the Directorate’s business performance objectives, supporting financial management and reporting, workforce performance management and staff governance.

You will require to be educated to degree level or equivalent professional qualification or relevant level of knowledge, along with significant experience within similar roles within the NHS or similar complex organisation.  This experience will include Financial and resource management.

You will be flexible, motivated, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure and with competing demands. 

Driving Licence and access to a car are essential for this role.​​​​​​​
