We are looking to recruit a full time enthusiastic Registered Charge Nurse with valid NMC Registration, to join our care of the elderly team based at Wester Moffat Hospital.
As part of a multidisciplinary team the post holder will have responsibility for assessment of care needs and evaluation of programmes of care ensuring the delivery of high quality care to patients. In the absence of the Senior Charge Nurse/Team Leader the post holder will have continuing responsibility for the management and clinical leadership of the area including supervision, development and deployment of staff. Duties may vary with the type of ward/department and the degree of patient dependency. The post holder will be educated to, working towards, operating at Degree Level with further Education/evidence of CPD in area of speciality including study days/courses/Postgraduate qualification.
