Please note that this is a part-time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.

The successful candidate will manage a defined caseload, using evidence based practice and client-centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions in both hospital and community settings. They are expected to develop relevant clinical skills, knowledge and experience without direct supervision.

The successful candidate must evidence;

A valid HCPC Registration

Excellent team working skills with the ability to work using own initiative

Effective listening, communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work with people and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Excellent time management skills

Working knowledge of basic information technology

A valid UK driver’s license and access to a car.
