An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic experienced clinician to lead the Unscheduled Care Physiotherapy Team in University Hospital Crosshouse. 
This post has a clinical, leadership and managerial remit to plan, co-ordinate, deliver and evaluate the physiotherapy service provided to the stroke, care of the elderly, medical and HDU wards.
You will lead a team of physiotherapists, physiotherapy technical instructor and physiotherapy assistants working across these inpatient wards and will be responsible for service development and operational management.
You will provide highly specialist consultations to patients and advice to other healthcare staff/patients/carers/students and work as part of the inpatient multi-disciplinary teams.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, innovative individual with recent clinical experience in an acute inpatient setting and experience of leading a team. You should be able to demonstrate professional, well-established and effective communication and leadership skills to support the education, development and wellbeing of the team.
It is essential that you possess a Diploma/MSc/BSc in Physiotherapy and are HCPC registered.
