The post will be initially based at Brand St and the post holder may have to provide occupational therapy cover at other south Adult Community Mental Health Team bases, if clinical needs require.

This is a permanent contract for an occupational therapy role within a multi disciplinary Adult Community Mental Health Team.

Responsibilities will include mental health/occupational therapy assessment and treatment for individuals and groups residing in the south side of Glasgow. Also required will be a knowledge of care for adults with mental health difficulties and appropriate interventions. The successful applicant will be confident with their core occupational therapy skills and will have effective verbal and written communication skills. You will receive professional support and supervision from a senior occupational therapist, will gain access to appropriate training and maintain your continued professional development.

It is essential you have a Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy with current (or pending) HCPC registration.
