Are you interested in being part of the East Ross Integrated Health and Social Care Team?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who wishes to join our community nursing service within the Integrated Team, as a caseload holder, to provide care and support to patients in their own homes and other community settings across East Ross.

‘The Easter Ross peninsula is situated just north of Inverness and is the perfect place to explore the NC500. It encompasses the towns of Evanton, Alness, Invergordon and Tain, which is the oldest Royal Burgh in Scotland. It is a fantastic location to explore the sandy beaches of nearby seacoast villages and home to the newly awarded Green Freeport located at Invergordon, promoting a high-quality job creation and business opportunities locally and across the Highlands.’  

This post will be within the Integrated  Care Team at County Community hospital, Invergordon but based at Tain Health Centre, Tain and travel substantially across East Ross.  This post will work with existing caseload holders based in Tain and Invergordon  to meet  the needs of the community in East Ross.

The post holder must hold an advanced specialist practice qualification in community nursing or if applying as a development opportunity work towards the qualification as outlined in the NES professional development framework.
