Exciting job opportunities are available in the newly developing Ambulatory Care Unit at Dr Gray’s Hospital, Elgin, Moray. Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty in the north east of Scotland, 40 miles from Inverness and 70 miles from Aberdeen, Moray forms part of the Grampian region.
We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who wish to be part of a dedicated Multidisciplinary Team comprising Consultants, Specialty Doctors, Nurses, Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Allied Health Professionals helping to shape the delivery of Ambulatory Care Pathways.
We looking for motivated B3 Senior Healthcare Support Workers for the newly developing Ambulatory Care Unit at Dr Gray’s Hospital in Elgin, Moray.
A variety of full and part time hours is available.
The newly developing Ambulatory Care Unit will be providing care with an ethos of:
- Focusing on rapid assessment and discharge pathways
- Developing pathways to provide best practice patient experience
- Patient management rather than bed management
- Facilitating pathways to enable patients to care with the philosophy of ‘right care, right place, right time’
- Supporting the Emergency Department
- Linking to and supporting anticipatory care planning, primary and community care pathways
- Valuing the training and development of the MDT

As part of your role delivering ambulatory care pathways, this provides you with a range of learning and development opportunities both within your respective profession and as part of multidisciplinary team working.
