An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Community Nursing Team at Moray Coast Medical Practice, Lossiemouth for a permanent, 30 hour, Band 7 District Nurse Team Lead.
This post is suitable for applicants who hold a Specialist Practice District Nurse qualification.
The successful post holder will be based at Moray Coast Medical Practice, Lossiemouth.
The applicant should be motivated and enthusiastic about Community Nursing and delivering high standards of holistic nursing care to people in their own homes, Care Homes and in the local Medical Practice.
A full, current drivers licence and access to a car is essential.
