An opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to support the Access Team to monitor and improve waiting times for patients across Acute Greater Glasgow and Clyde services.  This role is a key post within this team and will lead on a range of areas including compliance with waiting times guidance, contributing to the transformation agenda, training of staff, the co-ordination of delivery of services using insourcing resources amongst other duties.  This post provides an opportunity for someone passionate about improvement to have an impact on a broad range of acute services across the health board.  This role would suit someone who enjoys data manipulation and analysis as well as working with colleagues in services across the health board.  Key duties will include analysis of planned care data, monitoring of compliance against the waiting times guidance and legislation and project management of the access funding process.
