We are seeking caring, enthusiastic and motivated staff nurses to join our District Nursing teams across West Dunbartonshire.  The District Nursing Service delivers skilled nursing interventions which encompass a broad spectrum of nursing skills order to provide a service which places the person and those who are important to them at the centre of the care they provide.  The post holder will function as an independent autonomous practitioner by virtue of in-depth theoretical and clinical knowledge, and will be committed to continuous professional development.  Applicants should be Registered Nurses (Adult Nursing) and car driver / owner.   Previous community experience within District Nursing is desirable but not essential - we are keen to recruit those with a passion for community nursing and seeking the job satisfaction that working as part of a wider team of staff caring for someone in their own home / homely setting brings.
