Glasgow City HSCP is seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide project management and service improvement support to our innovative Maximising Independence Programme. This Band 6 Service Development Officer post will be part of our Older People and South Planning Team who support a wide portfolio of activity across Older People Services within the Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership, working with colleagues and Partners within the Partnership, and across Acute Health Services, Primary Care and with 3rd Sector organisations, This is a two year fixed term post. The post-holder will support project management within identified work streams. This will include project management, handling complex information, undertaking research, analysis and evaluation, and making recommendations for service change/improvements and service review and redesign. The post-holder will be required to provide high quality reports to a variety of Stakeholders.
