We are delighted to welcome a new Learning and Development Support Manager into our Staff Engagement & Experience Team. This post has become vacant due to retirement.
We are looking for a compassionate and creative leader. You will manage a wide portfolio of corporate education programmes, supporting delivery of work streams within our Staff Engagement & Experience Delivery Plan.
The post incorporates leading and managing a team of colleagues, who have diverse roles and responsibilities for education and learning activities corporately, across the organisation. You will enable the efficient and effective running of these services and progression of strategic and operational work streams.
Our aim is to provide a welcoming and meaningful learning experience, which is responsive to the needs of all staff.
You will be joining us at an exciting time. As we begin to recover from the impact of the covid pandemic, the need to respond, flex and adapt to changing workforce needs and ways of working, has brought opportunities for innovation in delivery of our education priorities.
