Working within the Workforce Solutions Department you will work as part of a small team processing requests for additional staff within clinical and administrative areas when they have short falls in their establishment.  Experience of working in an office environment is essential, as is excellent communication skills. You will possess excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and have the ability to deal confidently with managers, staff and all external stakeholders. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential.  Training will be provided on in house IT Systems.

We are looking for someone with a flexible approach good attention to detail and a helpful and friendly manner who will thrive as part of a busy team. ​​​​​​​

You will be expected to work a variable shift pattern which includes some weekend working, at least one full weekend per month.  

The office is open 0800-1830 hours Mon – Wed; 0800-2000 hours Thu and Friday and 0900-1700 hours at weekends.  You will also be expected to work some of our public holidays.
