An exciting opportunity has become available for an individual to be part of a small, highly skilled children’s specialist community nursing team delivering continence promotion and care to children throughout Tayside.
Children’s Continence service delivery is currently undergoing improvement work so this is a great opportunity for an individual to become part of service development and influence the specialist nursing role. This post is ideal for a solution focused individual who has the desire to develop and enhance current service provision.
The role will involve the opportunity to influence and develop nursing practice within the children’s continence service for Tayside. You will be given training and support to enable you to deliver safe and effective evidence-based, high quality care within nurse led clinics.
You should be committed to providing high standards of nursing care, making objective decisions on the assessment and treatment options available for each individual patient. The post holder must be able to demonstrate effective leadership and management skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
The post holder will be required to travel to clinics in Dundee, Angus and Perth & Kinross.
You must be registered on RN Children’s Nursing Qualification. UK NMC Register and be able to demonstrate evidence of post registration experience.
