We wish to welcome an experienced Personal Assistant to join the Fife-wide Mental Health & Learning Disability Services on a permanent basis.
You will provide a comprehensive, personal and secretarial / administrative support to the Senior Manager and the associated wider Management Teams. You will be based at Stratheden Hospital but the ability to travel and work at various clinical hubs within Fife is required.
You should have qualifications in Business Administration or equivalent skills and competences normally associated with extensive PA and administrative experiences.
You are required to have excellent communication and organisational skills (verbal & written), attention to detail and possess a proven track record in co-ordinating Senior Management meetings, including agendas, documentation, minute-taking and fully supporting of those meetings – at times you may also be asked to help support meetings and / or managers across the Mental Health Services.
You will have a solid background in complex diary management at Senior Management level. You will be proficient in using all Microsoft Office packages, be able to extract, collate and summarise data for time-pressured statistical reports / returns, and own excellent word processing speeds in both copy and audio typing / digital dictation.
It is essential that you have the ability to work flexibly as part of a team or on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of NHS procedures and practices or experience in a public sector environment is preferable.
