Salaried GP/Partner Opportunities
4 session GP - Kemnay
We asked our salaried GPs to tell you why they work for us:
- Coffee, lunch, regular clinical meetings.
- Meet our fantastic District Nurses every day.
- Very low number of house calls.
- Nursing home is a pleasant 5 minute walk away.
- Stable work force, obsessed with work – life balance.
- Good continuity, GP heavy. 8 GPs for 6300 patients
- Face to face when required.
- Supportive open door policy from partners
- Portfolio working encouraged, nobody works more than 6 GP sessions
- Our GPs also hold roles such as: Cancer and palliative care lead, HSCP clinical lead, BASICS instructor, previous GPs have been cluster leads, NES deanery leads, Government Scimp advisors, SIGN guideline advisors.
- Everyone is busy and winter has been very hard, but we are not as busy as other practices due to being GP heavy.
