The shift pattern for this position is Monday – Friday, 9pm – 5pm. Must be able to work flexibly across sites to meet the needs of the
service.

The post will ensure that an effective and efficient secretarial and administrative service is delivered to the multi-disciplinary team which comprises of
managerial, medical, psychotherapy, psychology, nursing and occupational therapy staff across Glasgow City CHP. This post is within our North East Older People’s Mental Health Team in Belmont/Parkview Resource Centre’s. This will include reception duties, data input, record management and general typing. The post holder will work independently much of the time managing calls and emails. The post holder will be required to deal with referrals and enquires through a single point of access and also support the generic functions and duties of the wider administrative team.

The post holder must show competence in the basic use of computer packages evidenced by experience or formal qualification e.g. ECDL. Must show knowledge of working in an office environment and of operation of office equipment and systems. This may be through formal training or work
experience. The post holder requires good command of verbal and written English.
