A full time post has arisen within the Dr Grays Site Nurse Practitioner team until February 2024 within the we are looking to build on an already established Site Practitioner team who work predominantly out of hours. The post would suit anyone interested in a secondment into the team.
If you have a genuine interest in balancing exemplary patient centred care with the need to maintain appropriate safe flow of patients through the departments at all times and can demonstrate high quality communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire, empower and motivate teams this is the post for you.
Ideally you will have worked in a leadership role post and have a good understanding of the different specialities therefore experience in acute medicine and/or surgery/orthopaedic and paediatrics is essential and knowledge or experience in patient pathways will be advantageous.
You should have evidence of continued professional development along with all standard mandatory and statutory training up to date. You should be creative enthusiastic and poses a can do attitude with the wish to offer our patients the best experience possible whilst in our hospital.
Elgin in the North East Scotland is a great place to live and work, lying between the coast of the Moray Firth and the mountains of the Highlands and the Cairngorm National Park. The Moray area is beautiful and enjoys its own sheltered microclimate. Mountain sports, world class fishing and gold and the finest whisky are on our doorstep.
An excellent quality of life and superb schools are to be found here. Elgin, the county town of Moray has all the amenities you would expect and is in easy reach of Inverness and Aberdeen.
