The Fife Pain Management service (FPMS) is seeking a motivated HCPC registered Physiotherapist to join their supportive team.

As a Specialist Physiotherapist, your role will be assessment, Physiotherapy management and advice to patients with chronic pain, including the provision of group sessions where required.

You will also provide peer support, teaching for students and mentorship to the support staff within FPMS and will work closely with the rest of the multi-disciplinary Pain team. You will have the opportunity to participate in teaching, research, service improvement and specialist clinical activities pertinent to the patient group and development of the service. You will be an excellent communicator with developing leadership qualities and teaching skills.

FPMS has a strong multi-disciplinary approach to the care of patients with Chronic pain, and this exciting post is at the forefront of the service. There will be opportunity to liaise with and work alongside senior and Lead Advanced Practice Physiotherapists to support effective patient pathways in Fife. We are committed to continuous professional development and involvement with National networks is strongly encouraged. The ability to travel to various locations across Fife during the working day is essential.
