Are you interested in being part of the North Sutherland Integrated Health and Social Care Team? A fixed term or secondment opportunity to 04/01/24 has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic B5 nurse who wishes to join our community nursing service within the Integrated Team, to provide care and support to patients in their own homes and other community settings across Sutherland.
A driving licence is essential and a pool car will be available, however, applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes, if required.
Applicants should be registered with the NMC.
This post of 15 hours will be based at Bettyhill Nurse Base, but you would be expected to travel substantially across North Sutherland. The hours are worked over 7 day week rota, with an on call commitment for end of life care.
