We are looking for 2 Charge Nurses to join the team in Trauma/Orthopaedics and Gynaecology at the University Hospital Wishaw

The post holder carries continuing responsibility for the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care and the setting of standards. The post holder will be responsible for the management of the Perioperative environment.  The post holder will contribute, as part of the multidisciplinary team, to the development, implementation and maintenance of policies, procedures, standards and protocols of the Department, Directorate and Division to ensure adherence to, and delivery of the highest level of patient care at all times​​​​​​​
