An exciting opportunity has arisen for a secondment to the role of OH Lead Nurse / Service Manager.
Registration on Part 1 and Part 3 of the NMC register is essential as is management experience at Band 7 level. Excellent prioritisation, organisation, negotiation and communication skills are essential as is the ability to work under pressure. This is a challenging but exciting role. Excellent line management and Directorate support is well established.
The Secondment presents an excellent opportunity to further develop management and leadership skills within Occupational Health and the wider HR Directorate both at a local and national level.
Hours: 37.5 per week
Driving licence and car owner essential.
