NHS Scotland is committed to encouraging equality and diversity among our workforce and eliminating unlawful discrimination. The aim is for our workforce to be truly representative and for each employee to feel respected and able to give their best. To this end, NHS Scotland welcomes applications from all sections of society.

Trindlemoss House supports adults who have learning disabilities and other support needs including autism.  We use a Positive Behavioural Support Model to enable, support and encourage residents to work towards being as independent as possible within a homely environment.

Each of the 6 residents has their own self-contained flat where they are supported by our team of nurses and support workers according to their unique support needs and the outcomes they, and those who are important to them, wish to work towards.  We also have access to several multi-purpose rooms including a sensory room, at the adjacent Trindlemoss Day Opportunities.

At this time we are looking to add to our team of Support Workers.

Are you passionate about ensuring people with learning disabilities have as many opportunities as possible to work towards a more independent life?  Are you creative and keen to support people to make links and develop interests in their local and wider communities?  If so, we would love to hear from you.

For an informal chat and to hear more about Trindlemoss House and the lives of the people we support please contact Andrea Hughes, Senior Charge Nurse (Registered Manager) on 01294 316631
