The role of Care at Home Co-ordinator is integral to the management of the Lochaber Care at Home service, you would be responsible for supporting the Care at Home Officer and wider team by scheduling care for individuals who have been assessed as eligible for support from Care at Home service. This can be a challenging but rewarding role which requires the post holder to be able to demonstrate their prioritisation skills in a fast paced service. The successful applicant will be supported and inducted into the role.
You will be required to have an understanding of administrative and electronic recording systems and use of technology but will be trained in the specific systems when you commence in post. For further information please refer to the job description.
