We require experienced, highly motivated musculoskeletal physiotherapists to work within our team within NHS Borders.  You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as good organisation, time management, problem-solving and prioritisation experience. 

As an MSK physiotherapist, you shall be assessing and treating patients referred into outpatient departments, working flexibly within NHS Borders. You will be based in  Borders location working out of health centres and/or Borders General Hospital.​​​​​​​

The post holder will provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of patients with a wide range of problems in  MSK outpatients. You shall work as an autonomous practitioner, developing appropriate packages of care, providing specialist clinical / professional advice to patients, carers and other Health Care Professionals. You will also be expected to supervise rotational junior staff and students on placements.

The post holder will contribute to service development to improve quality of healthcare through liaison with your Line Manager.
