Post: Domestic Assistant/Bank Domestic Assistant
Location: Dr Gray’s Hospital, Elgin
Hours: 15-35 hours per week (Hours as and when required for Bank posts)
Varied shift patterns which are flexible to suit the service needs.
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our domestic team at Dr Gray’s Hospital in Elgin. Duties are varied to ensure a high standard of cleanliness in maintained in the area of work. We have various shifts and work patterns available as well as bank domestic assistant positions available on an ad hoc basis.
Examples of shifts are:
Day Shift : 0730-1130, 0930-1430, 1000-1500, 1230-2000
Evening Shift: 1700-2000
Contracts are offered either on a Monday – Friday or 2/3 week rota basis which will include weekend working.
Bank Shifts hours: As and when required. Varied shift patterns which are flexible to suit the service needs.
Applicants would be required to work within a small team providing environmental cleaning for Dr Gray’s Hospital and other sites including Glassgreen, Elgin Health Centre, Spynie Dental and Forres Health & GP Centre, as and when required.
Previous cleaning experience would be advantageous, however full training will be provided. You will need to be flexible, committed, have good communication skills, have a positive attitude to your work and have the ability to work well as part of a team and independently. Good verbal and written communication are essential to perform this role safely. It is essential that you can work to high standards with minimal supervision.
