An exciting 0.6 wte post is available to join a small friendly team based at Royal Aberdeen Children’s Hospital (RACH), consisting of four Clinical Psychologists, one Clinical Neuropsychologist, two Health Psychologists and a Clinical Associate in Applied Psychology.
The post holder will be responsible for the ongoing development and provision of a high quality specialist psychological service to families accessing the Child Healthy Weight (CHW) service in NHS Grampian. The successful candidate will work closely with dietetic colleagues and other MDT staff. Important aspects of this role include contributing to relevant project and steering groups, along with shaping the development and evaluation of the service and care pathways.
We are looking for someone enthusiastic about working in this area and will provide appropriate training and support.
Our Department is engaged in a wide variety of activities across NHS Grampian including research, teaching, clinical governance, innovation and improvement science projects.
