Job Title: Clinical Research Fellow in Medicine and Paediatrics
Location: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital and Glasgow Royal Infirmary
Duration of Contract- 12 months available from August 2023
Glasgow has a worldwide reputation as a centre of excellence for medical research and innovation. The post will provide the opportunity for the successful applicant to develop expertise in all aspects of delivering clinical research and working to protocol, an understanding of pharmacovigilence and research governance within a supportive environment. It is anticipated that the post-holder will be involved in high profile trials which have the potential to significantlly impact on patient care.
The post is best suited for trainees who have completed basic core training. The successful post-holder will be required to successfully complete training in consent and Good Clinical Practice to ensure that the rights, safety and well-being of patients and the high quality of the research data is maintained within the CRF. Full funding of these courses will be provided through the CRF. Full time or part time will be considered.
