The shift pattern for this post is 5 days over 7 including weekends and public holidays.
The Clinical Practice Development Nurse (PDN) will provide professional and practice development support to community nursing staff within Renfrewshire HSCP Community Nursing services. The PDN will support, develop and enhance nursing practice, skills and competencies
The post holder will function as an independent autonomous practitioner by virtue of in-depth knowledge, expertise, proficiency and experience and will lead and enable the team to provide a high quality service.
The post holder will manage a small complex clinical caseload in Renfrewshire HSCP in addition to the Practice Development elements, for a maximum of 2 days per week.
