An opportunity has arisen for a Community Charge nurse to work within the District Nursing Teams based in Girvan. You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for the management of the caseload in the absence of the Clinical Team Leader including the supervision of staff. You should be able to provide evidence of personal development and a willingness to undertake appropriate training.
Essential, RGN educated to degree level. You should have SPQ, or currently undertaking or willing to undertake relevant post graduate district nursing modules as part of the recently developed DN Education Pathway.
You are required to work collaboratively in a safe caring and respectful way.
Car driver/owner is essential.
Current NMC UK PIN required.
Hours: 37.5 per week (you will be expected to work a rostered shift pattern weekdays with a weekend working commitment).
