Banchory Group Practice
Administrator (part-time/full-time)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated Administrator to join our busy practice.
We’re a forward looking training practice with over 13,200 patients committed to offering high quality patient care whilst providing a friendly, supportive and enjoyable place to work.
We have a well-established, experienced administrative team with a wealth of knowledge and expertise to support the successful candidate. We also offer excellent rates of pay and automatic enrolment into the NHS pension scheme.
Main Duties include:
- Registering new patients and summarising their medical records
- Document management of all inbound/outbound medical records and correspondence
- Clinical coding
- Insurance work and Subject Access Request
- Supporting the wider practice team
Requirements for the role:
- Previous experience within a healthcare setting is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided
- Good IT skills are essential to this role
- Good written skills, accuracy & attention to detail
- Evidence of working in environment where confidentiality is essential.
