An opportunity has arisen for a Clerical Officer/Receptionist to join the Administration Department at The Jeanie Deans Centre, Helensburgh.
This is a permanent position of 20 hours per week worked over 5 days - 12.30 to 16.30
We are looking for a self-motivated person with excellent communication and secretarial skills to join the team.
You will have a good educational background with proven work experience in a similar role and have excellent general keyboard skills.
You should have typing skills to the equivalent of ECDL/SVQ2 .
A knowledge of medical terminology is desirable but not necessary.
You will have a calm and pleasant manner, be well organised and able to work on your own initiative.
