Up to 12 month GP maternity locum cover starting August 2023
Bellyeoman Surgery, Dunfermline

We are looking for a GP to join us for 8 sessions per week for maternity cover, for a year from August 2023.  Ideally suited to one GP, however we are happy to consider interest from GPs able to do fewer sessions.  If unable to commit to a full year, we would also accept applications for 6 months at a time.  We would welcome applications from newly qualified GPs in August, who would benefit from support from a friendly and experienced general practice team.

We are a 7-partner practice in Dunfermline, only a 25 minute commute from Edinburgh.  We have been a steady practice with very little staff turnover, and enjoy a cohesive, relaxed and well-working team environment.  As well as 7 GPs, we benefit from a multidisciplinary approach including an ANP, 4 practice nurses including specialist diabetes and respiratory nurses, a phlebotomist, physiotherapist, mental health nurse, and a hard-working admin team.

Ideally commencing first week in August 2023, but flexible.

If interested, we would welcome applications, with CV and cover letter to be emailed to our practice manager Mrs Jennifer Sturrock. (jennifer.sturrock@nhs.scot). We look forward to hearing from you.
