Please note part time hours may be considered for this post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.
Please note this is a fixed term post for 2 years. Where a post only has temporary funding and an existing member of NHS Lanarkshire staff wishes to apply, this will be treated as a secondment. The employee MUST already have written agreement from their line manager to be released on a secondment before applying for the post.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Workforce Analyst – Medical eRostering to join the team based at Law House, Carluke. The post holder will play a key role in the implementation of eRostering across NHS Lanarkshire.
The successful candidate will support in the implementation, management and operation of complex electronic workforce systems and processes, predominantly in the Allocate rostering system across the Medical and Dental workforce.
The post holder will be responsible for maintaining accuracy and consistency of all medical and dental workforce reference data within the systems, with particular attention on eJobPlan.
The following knowledge. training and/or experience is required for the job:
· Educated to degree level in an information technology/business related subject or equivalent
· Proven presentational skills or equivalent experience
· Ability to demonstrate applied skills in excel package
· Ability to demonstrate applied mathematical and analytical skills
· Experience of Microsoft office packages
· Knowledge of Information systems e.g. business objects, OBIEE
· Able to work enthusiastically and constructively as part of a team
· Demonstrate good organisational, listening and communication skills and be able to resolve conflicting priorities
· Demonstrate a commitment to personal development
The successful candidate must have a valid UK driving licence and have access to a car.
