Clerical Officer - Band 2 

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Garioch administration team as a clerical officer. 

The clerical officer role provides comprehensive clerical/administrative and receptionist support within the Garioch administration team.  We are looking for an enthusiastic, focused and highly motivated individual to provide support to a number of different HSCP teams within Central Aberdeenshire.  

The successful applicant will be highly motivated, well organised, and reliable. You must be comfortable working as part of a team within a hospital/health centre environment and have the ability to use your own initiative when working alone. Candidates must possess the ability to prioritise conflicting demands, whilst providing essential support to service users and colleagues of all disciplines in a confident, caring and empathetic manner both over the phone and in person.  In addition, applicants must be confident in the use of most NHS IT systems, or be willing to undertake training where required.

Hours for this post will be 37.5 hours per week, working 0830-1630 Monday to Friday.  A full driving licence/access to a car is required as you will be required to travel and undertake work from various locations.
