Consultant in Palliative Medicine

Salary: £91,474 - £121,548 p.a (pro rata)

 Hours: 9 PA (6.5 DCC + 2.5 SPA) + 5% Availability supplement

 Duration: Permanent

Do you want to work with a committed team of professionals to provide specialist palliative care to patients, their families and carers across Ayrshire and Arran? Do you want to work with a dedicated team of professionals who aspire to ensure that every adult with palliative and end of life care needs and those people most important to them will receive timely and equitable access to high quality services, delivered by appropriately trained staff and volunteers? We are seeking to recruit a motivated and talented Consultant to join team of 5 Consultants including this post.

This post will cover University Hospital Ayr and University Hospital Crosshouse as well as provide input to the hospice inpatient unit and community services.

You will be issued with an Honorary NHS contract.
