An exciting opportunity is available for Endoscopy Decontamination Technicians at band 2 level within the decontamination team at UHA.
Applications are invited from motivated and enthusiastic candidates with a desire to learn/develop their skills within a decontamination setting. A comprehensive in-house mentorship programme is available to support your development within the unit.
Post holder requirements
• A genuine interest in the decontamination of flexible endoscopes to support service lists within the hospital.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently and effectively within the team.
• Ability to be flexible and reliable within the unit.
• Previous experience within a decontamination/endoscopy/healthcare setting is desirable but not essential.
Hours: 30 per week
