The shift pattern for this post is 9am – 5pm ​​​​​​​.

This is an exciting opportunity to be the Clinical Co-ordinator for Renfrewshire CAMHS.  There has been significant investment in the service over the last 2 years which has seen it expand to include 40 clinical and non clinical staff from a range of professional groups including nursing, psychology, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, art therapy, pharmacy, family therapy, art therapy, child psychotherapy and psychiatry. 

The post holder will support the Service Manager and will have delegated responsibility for the effective operational management of the Tier 3 CAMHS team and responsibility for the delivery of waiting times standards.

The post holder will be the operational line manager of the team and will have an overview of all staffing, recruitment, challenges, and risks for each discipline within the multidisciplinary team.

We are seeking candidates with experience of working in a CAMHS/Mental Health environment at a senior level.  It is essential you are:

  • a Registered Mental Health Nurse/equivalent registered health professional (registered with NMC/HCPC) or have voluntary registration with the BPS
  • educated to or working at Master’s degree level or equivalent experience
  • experienced in managing teams/services within the Public/Health sector.
