Are you interested in being part of the North and West Sutherland Integrated Health and Social Care Team as a Community Staff Nurse? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who wishes to join our community nursing service within the Integrated Team, to provide care and support to patients in their own homes across West Sutherland.

 

A driving licence is essential and a pool car may be available, however, applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes, if required


This post can be based at either Assynt Health Centre or Kinlochbervie Health Centre but you would be expected to travel substantially across West Sutherland.


This is a permanent post of up to 37.5 hours per week, working hours are covering a 7 day rota, with a commitment to on call for end of life care as required. Applicants are required to be registered with NMC.
