We have an exciting opportunity for a Workforce Administrator to join our team at Law House, Carluke.
The post holder will provide a high quality administrative support service within the Workforce Information, Workforce Planning and Workforce Solutions (Job Evaluation & Staff Bank) Sections. They will assist in the provision of the workforce service within NHS Lanarkshire by advising on / providing advice on enquiries received from staff members and managers. The post holder will assist in the maintenance of a dedicated HR system (TURAS JE System/Staff Bank System/Swiss/eESS Systems). In addition, the post holder may provide an administrative support to the Head of HR – Workforce.
The post holder should possess an SVQ in an administrative subject or be working towards this or have an equivalent level of qualification or have demonstrable experience working in an administrative/project assistant or HR role.
The following knowledge, training and/or experience is required:
- Ability to prioritise and adapt to the ever changing needs of the service.
- nterpersonal and nfluencing Skills
- Excellent keyboard skills and computer skills across a range of software packages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational, planning, time management and Multi-Tasking skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
