NRRD ADMINISTRATOR

37.5 hrs (Monday – Friday 0800-1600)

Based at Newbridge

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and motivated Administrator in our National Risk and Resilience Department.

The main area of focus is providing efficient, effective and comprehensive administrative support to the Community Resilience Team as well as the wider risk and resilience teams.  Applicants should have strong organisational skills, a wide range of administration experience, effective communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to manage situations with tact and diplomacy.

Applications are invited from candidates who have previous administrative experience, are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), have excellent time management and organisational skills and have excellent communication skills including ability to deal sensitively with people.  This is a stimulating and varied role which will offer considerable job satisfaction to the ideal candidate.  As this role will be required to deal with sensitive information, security vetting is required.
