Applications are invited for the post of part time AHP Clinical Service Clerical Officer within the AHP administrative department at Ayrshire Central Hospital, Irvine.

Flexible and enthusiastic, you will provide a comprehensive clerical service for a variety of Allied Health Professionals pan Ayrshire

Excellent communication skills and inter-personal skills are essential, as is the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.  Primary duties will mainly include transcribing and population of referrals, live call with colleagues, relatives and patients onto the appropriate IT systems, making appointments and general admin office tasks as per department service needs.  

You should have relevant IT qualifications (ECDL) experience and previous NHS experience is desirable for this post.  Knowledge of TRAKCARE is desirable, although full training will be provided

Post 1 (32.5 hours) 8.30am – 3.30pm Monday – Friday

Post 2 (32.5 hours) 9am – 4pm Monday - Friday
