You will be based at Lady Margaret Hospital and be responsible for the allocation of work, daily supervision, training, and welfare of staff within both Lady Margaret Hospital and Brooksby Medical resource Centre. It is likely to have to travel to BMRC one day per week at the most.

You should have sound knowledge of practices and procedures within a Domestic Department. You will have the ability to communicate well with all levels of staff and previous administration experience would be an advantage. Ability to use initiative within boundaries of the level and standard operating procedures is essential. Flexibility on shift is essential in being part of a team of Domestic Supervisors and ideally you will be prepared to work some additional hours as and when required to provide cover on other shifts during periods of leave.

Hours: Monday - Friday (8am-2:30pm)

Compulsory that any new staff to Ayrshire and Arran complete relevant Corporate Induction followed by one day local induction 

Full training will be provided.
