An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an innovative and dynamic team developing adult services for a truly integrated health and social care provision across Sutherland
NHS Highland is looking to recruit a District Manager for Sutherland. The successful candidate will be educated to degree level with substantial experience as a middle/senior manager in the NHS, local authority or similarly complex organisation, preferably with a recognised and appropriate postgraduate or other relevant qualification or be able to demonstrate knowledge at this level.
Current service provision includes: Integrated Teams (District Nurse, Social Work, Care and Support Team, AHP) Care Homes, Community Hospitals , Minor Injury Unit and Outpatient provision, development of advanced nurse practitioner roles and OOHs provision.
The successful candidate will have an active role in further development and implementation of the North Coast redesign ensuring sustainable services going forward.
A full, current driving licence is essential and a lease car will be available. This is a full-time post of 37.5 hours per week.
Relocation package is available to the successful candidate.
Salary From 1st April 2023 (£67,285- £71,978)
