An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Resuscitation Lead Facilitator to join the NHS Fife Resuscitation Services Team within Practice and Professional Development. 
We would like to invite you to apply for this post if you are a dynamic, supportive and innovative leader who would like to develop their skills further within the NHS Fife Resuscitation Department. You will require to be a Registered Health Care Professional with extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of resuscitation practice and managing the deteriorating patient.
You will have a proven track record of project management and quality improvement to ensure that the service meets the needs of all staff within NHS Fife and the Health and Social Care Partnership. You will have extensive experience in developing, implementing and evaluating organisational policies, procedures and protocols and be an expert clinical advisor in the management of the deteriorating patient and clinical emergencies. 
The post requires a motivated and inspirational individual who can be responsive to organisational changes and act as a positive change agent within the team and wider organisation.
You will be based within the Resuscitation Department, Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy with the requirement to regularly travel between all sites within NHS Fife.
