This is a substantive part-time post based within the Public Health Team.  We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and dynamic person to join our service working to support the Health Protection Nurse Specialist and Consultant in the management of patients with communicable disease in Shetland including the provision of advice around treatment and control measures.  The post holder will provide specialist nurse advice and information on health protection to NHS professionals, local authority, private and voluntary organisations, educational establishments and the general public on health protection.
